Stock condition surveys provide an overview of component condition, required investment and housing quality standards. We have delivered thousands of surveys throughout the UK, meaning we can accurately report on Decent Homes, WHQS and SHQS, all of which include HHSRS.

Energy Efficiency

Energy Efficiency data can be collected at various levels. We have a network of DEAs, covering all regions, qualified to complete RdSAP Assessments and produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) or EPRs. We also have a team of OCDEAs qualified to complete SAP Assessments.
