We have a wealth of experience in supporting a diverse range of clients achieve value for money throughout their construction projects. From inception to completion, our experienced Project Managers can oversee all aspects of a construction project. We can work with you through all stages of the construction process, including design, procurement, works on site, handover, and completion.

Our Construction Project Management team is Director-led, which means our clients benefit from the leadership and knowledge of a qualified person with Certified Membership of the Association for Project Safety (CMaPS) and Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

Process


Phase 1

Design

At the start of any project, we work with our clients to ensure they develop detailed concept designs for their projects. We provide support on feasibility studies and initial budget costings to ensure that detailed specifications and technical documentation is prepared, which ensures that the client is well prepared for a successful procurement process.

Phase 2

Procurement

We have a vast amount of experience procuring complex construction projects via both frameworks and through an open tender process. Our expert team will work with you to ensure the most effective procurement route is selected for your project. We prepare a detailed tender pack which will include design information, and technical specifications to ensure the client receives the best value possible at tender stage.

Phase 3

Works On Site

Following the procurement stage, our Project Managers will mobilise the contract ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and are able to achieve the project requirements as set out in the contract. We will work with you throughout the construction phase to ensure the project is delivered to a quality standard, on time and to the agreed budget.

Phase 4

Handover & Completion

We carry out pre-handover inspections to ensure the works completed are to the required standard. Working with the appointed Principal Designer, we ensure the Health and Safety file is prepared in compliance with CDM 2015 regulations. All of our completed projects are completed to the client’s expected standards and the contracts KPI’s are achieved through close collaboration with contractors.
