Process

Working alongside their TLO team we have managed to access all properties. The Retrofit Installer was appointed by the Client to deliver the works in compliance with PAS2030. During the design stage, we were required to resolve a dispute between the Installer, Retrofit Designer and system/measure designer, in terms of roles and responsibilities relating to material specification/certification and production of technical details. We resolved the issue by referencing the PAS2035 process and the brief given to each party at the start of the project, which allowed us to avoid delays with the design production and review/sign-off process. We are working closely with the Retrofit Designer to ensure the design is suitable and to ensure that no unintended outcomes will occur post installation. We are also supporting the council to complete a range of ancillary surveys, such as borescope inspections, air tightness tests and damp surveys.

Result

The works are progressing and are due to be completed by the end of August. All completed energy efficiency installations will be fully PAS2030/2035 compliant and uploaded onto Trustmark’s data warehouse.
