Founded in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, Parcor was built on an unobstructed vision:
to deliver high-quality consultancy services with a strong focus on innovation, people, and
personality. With a decade of experience in asset management within the social housing
sector, the founders Ben Parkinson and Matthew Corry recognised an opportunity for a more
agile and forward-thinking approach.

Turning Challenge into Opportunity

Launching during a period of uncertainty brought its challenges, with projects paused and
traditional ways of building relationships disrupted. However, this time was used
productively. By gaining retrofit assessor and coordinator qualifications early on, Parcor
positioned itself within a rapidly growing area that would go on to shape the business
significantly.

A key milestone in Parcor’s journey came through its work with Regenda Homes as part of
the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 1 scheme. Delivering retrofit assessments,
coordination, design across 120 properties, the project became the first in the UK to
successfully complete and draw down funding. This demonstrated the company’s ability to
deliver complex projects to a high standard.

Growing with Purpose

From two people working from home to a team of nearly twenty, Parcor has grown steadily
over the past six years. Throughout this growth, maintaining a strong culture has remained a
priority, with a focus on accountability, ambition, and delivering quality outcomes for clients.
Clients today face increasing complexity across funding, regulation, and long-term asset
planning. With evolving requirements such as PAS 2035 and wilder legislative changes, the
need for clear reliable support is more important than ever. Parcor continues to help
organisations navigate these challenges with confidence.

Looking ahead, the focus remains on sustainable growth, maintaining high standards, and
continuing to deliver meaningful value. Six years on, Parcor is still at the beginning of its
journey, with a clear direction for the future.
