Parcor in 2025: A Year of Growth, Delivery, & Momentum
Leave your email, we'll be in touch.
2025 was a year of strong progress for Parcor, defined by continued delivery across key
programmes growth in service areas, and investment in people. Building on established client
relationships, the company supported the delivery of SHDF Wave 2.1 retrofit projects while
also commencing work on Warm Homes: SHF Wave 3.
Alongside its retrofit activity, Parcor saw significant growth in its stock condition survey
service including a major contract win with Jigsaw Homes. These developments reflect the
company’s ability to expand its offering while continuing to deliver across multiple
workstreams.
Strengthening the Business
A notable development has been the strengthening of Parcor’s internal structure. The
appointment of Head of Business development and Head of Operations marks an important
step in supporting the company’s continued growth.
Internally, team development also remained priority. The promotion of two Project officers,
Ellen Ambris and Charlotte Higgins into Project Manager roles highlights Parcor’s focus on
recognising talent and creating clear progression opportunities within the business.
As the company has grown, managing capacity and maintaining consistency across projects
has presented challenges. Ensuring that quality remains high while responding to increasing
demand has required a more structured approach.
A key lesson from 2025 was the importance of having the right people, processes and
systems in place. Strengthening these foundations has enabled Parcor to continue delivering
effectively while positioning the business for further growth.
Delivering Value and Looking Ahead
Throughout the year, Parcor has contributed to the improvement and remediation of
thousands of homes, supporting clients in meeting both immediate and long-term objectives.
The company has also played a role in improving the quality of asset data, helping
organisations make more informed decisions around their portfolios.
At the same time, the wider industry continues to evolve. Client expectations around quality,
compliance, and delivery remain high, particularly in relation to PAS standards, funding
requirements, and ongoing legislative changes. There has also been a noticeable shift towards contractors becoming involved earlier in retrofit programmes, influencing how projects are
planned and delivered.
Looking ahead to 2026, Parcor’s focus remains on building on this momentum. The priority
is to continue growing the team sustainably, strengthening relationships with clients, and
further developing both new and existing services. With a stronger structure in place and a clear direction for the future, Parcor is well positioned to continue delivering high-quality outcomes in an increasingly complex sector.
